How long can I receive support from FNP?

There is no time limit to navigation. FNP understands each person’s journey is different, so FNP stays involved until each youth and their family are connected to the right services.

Who can use FNP services?

  • Youth aged 11 to 29 years can reach out directly on their own.
  • Caregivers and/or Family of Choice: Anyone helping/supporting a youth can also reach out to FNP including parents, siblings, partners, friends, extended family, and service providers.
  • Location: Anyone living in the Greater Toronto Area (Durham, Halton, Peel, Toronto, and York).

How much does it cost to connect with FNP?

FNP is offered free of charge, thanks to the generosity of our donors.

How is navigation provided?

Navigation is provided mainly by phone & email. If you need extra supports (e.g., language or accessibility supports) connect with FNP to explore options.
