There is no time limit to navigation. FNP understands each person’s journey is different, so FNP stays involved until each youth and their family are connected to the right services.
FNP helps youth and families find their way through the mental health and addictions system.
We take the time to listen, learn about what you are experiencing, and work with you to explore service and support options that feel right for you based on where you are in your journey.
We do not provide treatment or crisis response. Instead, we connect youth and families with a Family Navigator who helps you understand where to go, who to talk to, and what services or resources may be the best fit.

Navigation is not crisis support or therapy. Our team works alongside you to explore options and access support. You can reconnect with FNP at any point if your situation or circumstances change.
How Navigation Works
Whether you are a youth seeking support or a caregiver supporting a young person, every journey is different. This is how we work with you to find the support that feels right.
