The Family Navigation Project (FNP) is here to help young people and their families find and access the mental health and addictions supports that feel right for them.

If you are 11 to 29 years old and experiencing mental health and/or addiction challenges, or you are a caregiver, family member, or support person, we invite you to reach out.

FNP currently serves individuals living in the Greater Toronto Area (Durham, Halton, Peel, Toronto, and York Region). Coming soon: Services for Northern Ontario (Sudbury–Manitoulin region).
