Is it confidential?
Yes. What you share with us is private and confidential. We take your privacy seriously. You can read more about how we protect your information in our Agreement to Service (ATS)
Do I have to involve my parents or caregivers?
No. Many youth reach out on their own. You get to decide who is involved and when. We will talk through your options so you can choose what feels right for you.
How fast will someone respond?
We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days.
How long do I stay connected with FNP? Can I come back later?
You can stay connected for as long as you need while we help you find supports that fit you. There is no pressure to stay if you do not need us anymore. And if things change in the future, you can always come back!
What kinds of supports do you help connect me to?
We help you explore mental health and addictions services and resources that match your needs and goals. This can include therapy, counselling, treatment programs, peer supports, community services, and other helpful resources. We will explain your options clearly and support you in deciding what feels right for you.
