Extensive System Knowledge

We navigate both public and private mental health and addictions services and keep our resource database up to date through regular connections. Our interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, Navigators, and peer support (PAL/YAL) works together to help clients find the best supports.

No Diagnosis or Referral Needed

Youth with a mental health and addictions concern, or families/caregivers supporting them, can reach out directly, even if the identified youth isn’t ready to connect. No referral or diagnosis needed.

Goal-Focused Support

Our goal is to connect youth to the right services; we’re not case managers. Once a match is made, we step back, but youth can reconnect as many times as needed until age 29 if new services are needed.

Through high-intensity navigation we facilitate seamless and equitable access to care for the most complex cases whose needs are often unmet.
